We Supply
We supply everything required to run a superior mobile
bar. Cocktail Hour of Vermont proudly utilizes stylish, compostable,
environmentally friendly greenware cups. Elegant glassware is available
for an additional fee. Whatever the event, whatever the occasion, Cocktail
Hour of Vermont will meet your mobile bar needs.

Payment Options for You and Your Guests
We provide you the flexibility to choose how your guests pay when using our mobile bar service:
- Our
Signature Cocktail Hour, where
you pay for the first hour and your guests pay thereafter.
- A
Cash Bar, where your guests pay for their own drinks.
- An Open Bar, where your guests receive complementary drinks throughout the event and you settle the bill.
Licensing
fee: $375.00 includes: licensing, catering permit and insurance.
Labor Rates: $17.50 per hour, per person, min. 2
people, four hours.
For Open Bars, Table Wine Service and Butlered Champagne Service
an 18% gratuity, state and applicable local tax will be added.
(Additional travel fees may apply outside the greater Burlington area.)
Details
- Packages
featuring specialty wines and or signature cocktails can include
a special tasting and planning meeting with us.
- Butlered
Champagne and/or Wine Service is available for the head table
or for all those in attendance. Pricing will depend upon
your particular selection.
- We
are more than happy to accommodate your special requests. Alternate
Beer, Wine or Liquor selections may incur additional fees.
- For
the Cash Bar option, wherein guests pay for drinks when ordered,
an $800.00 minimum is required.
- Each
Cocktail Hour of Vermont package includes only high quality premium
alcohol and ingredients, including mixers, garnishes, glassware,
sodas, juices and bar supplies.
- Gratuity,
applicable taxes, bar setup and breakdown fees are not included
and will apply to all events.
- A
50% deposit is required at time of event confirmation. The remaining
balance must be paid prior to the conclusion of the event.
- An extensive selection of glassware is available should you prefer that over our eco-friendly plastic cups.

Signature Cocktails
Consider allowing us to create a specialty drink for your event. It’s a trend that’s becoming very popular! A signature cocktail can coordinate with the theme, décor or color palette of your event. We’ll be happy to assist you in choosing a cocktail that complements your theme and incorporates your choice of personal elements.
Signature Cocktail possibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Champagne
Bellini : Champagne with peach juice
- Mango
Bellini : Pink Champagne with mango juice
- Champagne
Royale: A regal blend of Vodka and crème de cassis topped with
Champagne
- Grand
Mimosa: Grand Marnier, Champagne and orange juice
- Cosmopolitans:
Light fruity martini with Vodka, Triple Sec, fresh squeezed lime,
and cranberry juice
- Sangria:
punch, made of wine, fruit juice, soda water and sometimes brandy
- Mojitos:
Rum, muddled limes, and fresh mint leaves
- Berry
Lemonades: Flavored Vodka, lemonade, and a dash of sparkling water
(Raspberry, cranberry, blueberry, etc.)
- Cotton Candy Cocktails: A tuft of cotton candy in martin glasses awaiting your signature drink. (Cotton Candy-Tini or Pink Cloud Mojito)
